Dispatch and delivery

Resin Wale normally dispatches confirmed orders within 2–4 working days. Orders containing custom products take 4–7 days. Dispatch operates Monday to Saturday. Delivery generally requires a further 5–10 working days after dispatch; North-Eastern destinations can take up to 15 days. Seasonal demand or product availability may cause delays. Shipping notifications are sent to the contact details supplied with the order.

Charges and coverage

Free standard delivery applies to eligible orders above ₹3,000. Serviceability and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. For a destination not supported at checkout, contact us before ordering. International delivery, where available and confirmed, is subject to the destination's customs rules and disclosed shipping costs; any applicable import charges are payable by the recipient.

Displayed shipping charges cover parcels up to 25 kg. If an order exceeds this weight, we will contact you about additional delivery charges before proceeding.

Order changes

Request order changes or cancellation within four hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Requests require approval. After this window, product additions, address changes and cancellations are not accepted. Custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Delivery exceptions

Ensure your address and phone number are complete and accurate. Customer-caused returns to origin may require payment of return and reshipping costs. Contact sales@resinwale.com within 24 hours if tracking shows delivery but the parcel has not arrived. We investigate delivery concerns with the carrier; mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
